We founded Once Upon a Party to provide a high-quality, unique and magical addition to your special event! Use our characters to welcome guests as they arrive at your party or as a photo prop for amazing photoshoots! We have large characters that range from 6'-8' tall that can be free standing outside or inside your venue. We also have small characters that range from 2'-3' tall, perfect for photo shoots and dessert tables! If you don’t see what you need to match your party’s theme we’ll be happy to make any character! Discounts available if renting multiple characters! We also makes cakes and desserts!

HOW CAN I BOOK A CHARACTER?
Simply fill out the inquiry form and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible! We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit in order to book your character and secure your date.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! If the event is at a residence the drop off can be as early as 2 days before the party and pick up can be as late as 2 days after the party. This allows plenty of opportunities for amazing pictures of everyone celebrating with your character!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations that are made before 72 hours of the event may be rescheduled. Deposits may be applied to the new rescheduled date. Cancellations that are made within 72 hours of the start time of the event will forfeit the deposit. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGES?
Clients assume all liability during the rental period. This includes any risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction to the character. In the even of a total loss, buyer will be held 100% financially responsible.
